MEET THE TEAM
Antonis Perakis
Managing Director - Founder
Antonis has more than 20 years of experience in Market Research, holding managerial positions in multinational and local agencies in Greece. In 2013, Antonis entered the entrepreneurship world, launching 361° Research Solutions, with a vision to challenge conventional thinking in research and offer a 361° view in research design and deliverables. Antonis is a hands-on member of 361° team, actively engaged in every project, fostering innovation and open thinking.
Elena Giannakopoulou
Head of Quantitative Research
Elena has 16 years of experience in Market Research, having worked in high level positions in quantitative research for both local and international agencies. She has strong experience in the management of multinational projects across market sectors. Elena shared the vision of 361° approach in research, joining 361° team from the very beginning, in 2013; ever since she has contributed to the ongoing development of 361° toolkit. Elena holds the position of Head of Quantitative Research, being responsible for key account management, strategic consultation and maximization of research value for clients.
Katia Angelidou
Innovation and Insights Consultant
Katia has 8 years of experience in social and commercial research including a variety of sectors, with a special focus on the healthcare sector. She has a genuine passion for unveiling human emotion, for boosting creativity and innovation to best meet client needs. Katia joined 361° team in 2020 as Innovation and Insights Consultant; she is responsible for uncovering deep insights, and supporting clients in developing successful marketing strategies, through innovative research methodologies.
Valia Tze
New Business Development Manager
Valia's experience in sales, client service and account management in various industries, as well as her strong media background, contribute to understand customer needs and provide the value of 361° services. Valia holds a BA in Communication and a BA in Psychology from University of Indianapolis, as well as a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from ALBA Graduate Business School.
Maria Koukousi
Head of Operations & Statistical Analysis
Maria has 12 years of experience in Market Research and an MA in Statistics. She has worked in various agencies in Greece, in Data Production, Field and Statistical Analysis Deparments, gaining a holistic understanding of research project management. She joined 361° team in 2013, as a Senior Statistical Analyst and currently holds the position of Head of Operations and Statistical Analysis; Maria is responsible for the qualitative and timely execution of projects, undertaking the most advanced statistical analyses, like Conjoint, TURFF & Cluster Analysis.
Katerina Koukouvinou
Statistical Analyst
Katerina, holds a BA in Statistics from Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She joined 361° team in 2019 as a Statistical Analyst. What intrigues her the most is transforming raw data into information and information into insights. Katerina supports the Statistical Analysis Team in all steps of the research design, set up and analysis process.
Marilena Antonini
Research Coordinator
Marilena holds a BSc degree in Social Sciences from University of Peloponnese. She is currently conducting her MSc in Healthcare Management. She has a passion for lifelong learning and a special interest in Humanities and Behavioral Sciences. She has worked as a researcher prior to joining 361° team in 2021 as Research Coordinator. Marilena currently supports Operations Team in day to day project execution and receives her training as qualitative moderator.
